Our field of activity
We specialize in designing and building induction furnace systems with precise control over temperature, current, and frequency—ranging from 1 kW to 300 kW and frequencies from 50 Hz to 600 kHz. These systems are intended for both medical and industrial applications, including Vacuum melting or melting under protective gas atmospheres, Melting of special metals such as titanium and tungsten using specialized cold crucibles, where conventional crucibles are not suitable, Heat treatment furnaces for industrial applications such as tempering, annealing, forging, and hardening, with frequency ranges from 50 to 600 kHz and accurate temperature control based on customizable thermal profiles using programmable control systems, We also manufacture custom furnaces for chemical production or mineral melting.
We offer low-power, variable-frequency portable induction units designed for workshop and repair tool applications.
Design and manufacturing of induction furnaces with power outputs from 1 kW to 400 kW and frequencies up to 500 kHz, suitable for producing components and machinery for industries such as Automotive, Specialty parts, Laboratory use, Medical applications.
